Proudly occupying a breathtaking, magnificent country setting, the 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Lodge boasts a history dating back to the mid-nineteenth century and is characterised by its ‘gabled’ façades and limestone walls, surrounded by a lush forest.
Outside, the idyllic peace is only interrupted by the call of the local wildlife and the gently rippling waters of the shallow ‘Feddal burn’ as it finds its inevitable way into nearby Allan Water and on into the Forth.

Once the stable and staff quarters of Feddal Castle itself, the Lodge has
been lovingly and meticulously renovated since the early 1990’s and
exudes an air of dignity and importance, emphasised by
the long gravel driveway that follows the burn directly to the front
courtyard. The
main house boasts four generous double bedrooms, one en-suite, dining
room with lounge and open fireplace plus a fully
equipped kitchen. The living room comes equipped with a large flat screen
TV, video, DVD and stereo. There is also a separate self-contained annexe
with its own double bedroom, bathroom, living space and private entrance.
In all, the Lodge is capable of accommodating up to a maximum of 12 guests.
Spend some time exploring the expansive two-acre grounds and you may be
fortunate enough to encounter the elusive Kingfisher or an inquisitive Roe
Deer, keen to discover who its neighbours are this week. Alternatively, you
may wish to experience some of the more traditional sporting activities of
the region which lend their name to the Lodge.
An ideal venue for a private party, special celebrations, anniversaries,
family reunions or get-togethers, even small corporate gatherings, the Lodge
is an exceptional and impressive country residence, where even the most optimistic
expectations will be met and exceeded.
