Ground Floor:
Two double bedrooms, bathroom, staircase to first floor.

First Floor:
Dining room and lounge with open fireplace. Two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one en-suite/master bathroom. Large kitchen with oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

Separate Annexe:
Double bedroom, bathroom, living area and kitchen/lounge.

General:
Central heating, all linen provided, daily cleaning.

Outside:
Courtyard, mature gardens, barbecue area, dog kennels, hanging room, ample parking.

Housekeeping and Staff:
Guests can choose to cater entirely for themselves or alternatively, they can be pampered by an efficient and attentive butler service, providing prepared meals and housekeeping; there is even the option of a daily shopping service*. Guests are also invited to pre-order a welcome pack of food and drink ahead of their arrival, tailored specifically to their requirements; a shopping list will be sent well in advance.
